Responsibilities:

Endpoint Operations & Infrastructure Support:

  • Deploy, operate, and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud-based client desktop and mobile endpoints in alignment with program vision.

  • Monitor and support Forcepoint TTC, Citrix, Azure, AWS, and VMware infrastructures, managing administrator and end-user access.

  • Maintain desktop and application packaging of standard, engineered, and tested configurations for remote distribution utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.

  • Manage end-user profiles, synchronizing with Active Directory to maintain performance-based implementations that optimize startup, login, application streaming, and the overall user experience.

  • Participate as a key member of a global, 24/7 operations team performing scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, updates, and upgrades.

Incident Response, Testing & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, incident analysis, break/fix resolution, and hands-on touch labor for all assigned devices, components, and solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze capacity, performance, and service-level metrics to detect trends and prevent potential errors from escalating into major incidents.

  • Utilize Lab facilities to conduct incident/problem investigations, evaluate the feasibility of new designs, and develop test cases and scripts for Beta and Acceptance testing.

  • Collaborate with Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, support the transfer of engineered solutions, and execute Blue/Green fielding.

  • Apply working knowledge of network concepts, firewall configurations, and VPN technologies to optimize operations in secure, separated environments.

Security, Compliance & Documentation:

  • Execute continuous and automated patch management for designated infrastructure (workstations, servers) across all networks and security domains in accordance with CDRL requirements.

  • Configure hardware BIOS, RAM, device drivers, and full disk encryption utilizing NIST-, FIPS-, and NSA-approved encryption algorithms.

  • Track and monitor hardware and software licenses, distribution, and usage to support enterprise accounting efforts.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of required contract documentation, reports, knowledge base artifacts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives and support the execution of approved Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (40+ hrs. training) and/or 7 years of experience

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Citrix Certified Associate-Virtualization, Azure Fundamentals, OEM equivalent, VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Data Center Virtualization Design, OR Azure Administrator

  • DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)

  • An AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions

  • Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.

Desired:

  • Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering

  • Ivanti User Workspace Administrator

  • Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments

  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
