The
Manager-IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing four data centers across multiple geographical locations, with a focus on maximizing performance, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining exceptional uptime for our physical and virtual server environments. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of network and storage engineers within a multinational corporation, ensuring our critical systems are always prepared and resilient.

Primary Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of four data centers, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Lead a team of experienced network and storage engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce IT infrastructure policies and procedures across all data centers.
- Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, identify resource bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Analyze trends in data center resource utilization and proactively plan for future capacity needs.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and execution, including regular testing of backup and data replication systems
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to ensure the highest level of data security and regulatory compliance within the data centers, including ISO-27001, NNPI and CMMC.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the data centers, including automation and infrastructure lifecycle management in accordance with Asset Management Procedures.
- Prepare and manage data center budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in a data center environment.
- In-depth knowledge of data center operations, including physical and virtual server infrastructure, storage area networks (SANs), and network protocols.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery planning, data backup, and replication best practices.
- Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in data center monitoring tools and infrastructure management software.
Compensation:- Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $135,000 - $155,000
- Additional compensation earned through incentive structure
