JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Effectively communicates the status of ongoing initiatives and the state of the product, working with Product Owners and Teams to address stakeholder concerns.
- AssistsAgile teams in implementing designs for large-scale software projects that meet customer and business needs.
- Discusses where our systems are today and where we want to take them and helps design how we can best get there.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3yearsleadership experience,preferablyin IT.
- Experience mentoringand developingothers and/orleadingasignificant changewithin a team.

Compensation range for this role is $110,00-$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
