SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Integra Life Sciences is looking for a Manager of IT Business Engagement & Process Excellence with a proven track record of driving alignment across the Business and IT to desired business outcomes. This role would work autonomously to help drive process centered discussions with the business with the aim to generate integrated technology solutions.

This role will be responsible for capturing the future capabilities and underlying technology needs of each business function, starting initially with a deep focus on our Compliance Master Plan Program including Quality, Regulatory, Product Development and Medical Affairs. This role exists to help translate business requirements into business cases and vetted investments in technology over multiple years while ensuring mandatory companywide compliance dates are met.

This role is a critical enabler for the business, translating desired capabilities and future ways of working into detailed process flows, value chain maps, and business needs that serve as the foundation for designing and pricing technology solutions. This role evaluates gaps and remediations required for processes and systems to meet compliance with regulations.

By working with various business and IT leaders across the organization, this role will refine our business cases to ensure key outcomes, risks, and value drivers are well understood and documented prior to project initiation and handed off to the Portfolio and Finance Teams to ensure value is tracked and capture over the course of implementation.

The ideal candidate for this role exhibits strong business acumen, communication skills, understanding of corporate finance, and how to write business cases for IT projects.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
This role will report to the Director of IT Business Engagement & Process Excellence, and work cross-functionally with different business teams to help align the organization towards a consolidated enterprise technology roadmap.

  • Operate with autonomy to engage, develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across the organization to quantify demand for IT support and technology enablement.
  • Supports creation of business cases in partnership with corresponding business function, including defining value, risks and measurable outcomes. Serves as a subject matter expert in technology capabilities mapping for Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality and Product Development functions.
  • Documents business requirements, As-Is business processes, To-Be business processes, and major desired business outcomes from new technology deployments, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities.
  • Analyzes information pertaining to complex business problems and make recommendations for the implementation of new systems and procedures. Drives creation of multi-year IT roadmaps by function.
  • Coordinates discussions with IT teams to drive alignment on priorities, constraints, and dependencies, and factors in organizational capacity into long term business planning of IT projects. Maintains list of IT project requests, resource estimates and timelines to support capacity planning.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech industries
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in, or supporting business functions: Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Medical Affairs and/or Product Development
  • Experience with translating business needs into IT requirements
  • Preferred: Strong presentation skills, process mapping experience
This is a hybrid full-time position based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters, requiring on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday

Salary Pay Range:

$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary
