ABOUT THE TEAMAnduril is hiring a Manager, IR Operations to build and run the operational infrastructure behind the company's investor relations and board functions. This role sits within Anduril's Investor Relations & Capital Markets team and spans both internal operations and external engagement. You will stand up core IR systems and processes, serve as a coordination point between IR and teams across Communications, Marketing, Events, and Finance, and own board meeting preparation. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Anduril's executive team, board, and investor base. You will be responsible for ensuring that the people closest to the company's most important decisions have the right information, materials, and experience at every touchpoint. You will also represent IR externally, hosting select investor and bank engagements at headquarters.
ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for candidates who combine strong analytical and operational instincts with executive presence - someone who can build and manage complex processes from scratch while engaging credibly with senior leadership and external stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own board meeting preparation and logistics
Manage end-to-end preparation for Board meetings, including coordination of the CEO letter, board deck, and final distributed materials, as well as the full board member experience in partnership with Events and Marketing - Stand up and manage IR operations infrastructure
Implement and maintain an IR CRM, track executive appearances at banking and IR conferences, run fundraising close processes, and coordinate quarterly investor reporting - Plan and execute major investor events
Own preparation and execution of large-scale investor engagements, coordinating content, logistics, and cross-functional support - Serve as IR's cross-functional interface
Partner with Communications on investor-facing products, coordinate with Marketing on materials and content production; interface with Events for major engagements and tours; maintain touchpoints across business divisions to keep IR informed of key developments - Prepare and host investor and bank visits
Coordinate complex visit agendas, prepare executive briefing materials, and lead select tours and meetings for investors and banking relationships at headquarters
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 4-8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes with high attention to detail
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite leaders, board members, and external investors
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize operational and financial information for senior audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to operate across a wide range of tasks - from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO company
- Familiarity with board operations functions
- Background in defense, aerospace, or other capital-intensive industries
- Experience with CRM systems and investor tracking tools
- Familiarity with IPO readiness processes and public company board requirements

US Salary Range
$146,000-$194,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
