The Role

The Investor Center Partnerships is part of Fidelity Real Estate Company and encompasses the firms retail portfolio which includes 217 branches, spans across 38 states and the District of Columbia, and occupies roughly 1.85 million SF.

This role serves as the Fidelity lead for the Central Retail Region, working closely with Fidelity's outsourced facility management provider, landlords, and vendors to oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, contract performance, and issue resolution. The Manager is responsible for responding to facility escalations, coordinating emergency response activities, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues, leading maintenance programs, and vendor services support business continuity, operational excellence, and exceptional client experience.

The Manager partners closely with Wealth Leadership, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and Engineering Services to support regional priorities, capital projects, asset lifecycle initiatives, and portfolio improvements.

Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and organizational skills are essential to successfully manage a diverse portfolio while balancing operational needs, business priorities, and cost objectives.

This role reports to the Director, Investor Center Partnerships Operations.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Experience managing facilities operations across a multi-site commercial and/or retail portfolio.

• Knowledge of commercial building systems, maintenance programs, and vendor management.

• Ability to coordinate facility repairs, preventative maintenance, and service delivery activities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations and critical facility issues.

• Experience supporting capital projects, asset lifecycle initiatives, and operational improvements.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service levels.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and facility management systems.

• Overseeing partner resources managing the day-to-day operations of facilities management, cleaning (nightly/weekend, day porter, specialty work), HVAC / engineering and critical infrastructure service delivery.

• Ensuring that the outsourced operations alliance partner for the Investor Centers provide quality property and facility management services per their contractual agreement with afocus on operational excellence.

• Supporting programs and initiatives like refreshes, Capital replacements, Green Globe certifications

• Ability to respond to portfolio-level risks and critical asset issues, supporting continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives. Experience with Corrigo, Power BI, Procore, MS Excel (advance), MS Project, Kahua, PMWeb, or TriRiga

Other Requirements

• Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations full time.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Supporting critical building shutdowns and providing 24X7 on-call coverage for all branch operations disruptions and escalations.

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
