Position Summary...
The Manager, Investigations leads comprehensive research and analysis to identify risks, threats, and business impacts by collecting and interpreting data from multiple sources. This role oversees evidence gathering, case management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support investigative processes. The position requires collaboration across functions to develop solutions, improve investigative methods, and provide actionable insights. Upholding high ethical standards and integrity, the Manager fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while delivering results that protect and advance business interests.

What you'll do...
  • Conduct thorough investigations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to assess business impact and identify risks.
  • Assemble comprehensive evidential packages for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Manage intake and communication of potential threats, vulnerabilities, and fraud, providing expert guidance on response protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support investigative projects, develop tools, and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
