Job Title: Inventory Manager

Division: NAFS (LUXE)

Location: Monmouth Junction, NJ

Reports To: AVP, Fulfillment Center

What You Will Do:

The Inventory Control Manager oversees inventory management operations within the distribution center, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong control processes across various systems. This role provides leadership for daily inventory activities, data integrity, KPI development, and continuous improvement initiatives that support service, quality, and financial objectives. The Inventory Control Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and IT to resolve inventory issues, enhance system performance, and drive operational excellence. The incumbent leads and develops the Inventory Control team while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Inventory Control employees, ensuring strong performance and capability building.
  • Ensure team adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures and SOX requirements.
  • Monitor stock sync (SS) performance and ensure the team consistently meets accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Manage inventory adjustments (SL93) in accordance with threshold requirements and approval protocols.
  • Develop and maintain inventory-related KPIs and dashboards in alignment with Finance, Operations, and corporate standards.
  • Monitor daily inventory reports, cycle-count completion rates, accuracy metrics, and reconciliation performance; drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage external storage inventory relationships including reconciliation of ILPN variances and accuracy reporting.
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify root causes of inventory inaccuracies and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions governing inventory processes.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of applicable professional experience in related role
  • At least 1-year direct management/leadership experience
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • ERP/WMS knowledge preferred
  • Working knowledge of distribution procedures, processes and systems
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong communication skills
