Position Details:
Location: Wesley Chapel Hospital
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
On Call: Yes
The Manager Interventional Svcs:
- Manages the day-to-day operations for Interventional Services and/or Cardiac Catheterization/Non-Invasive labs.
- Leads the clinical, operational and business functions. Coordinates services with related departments.
- Is responsible for appropriate utilization of team resources to effectively and efficiently provide clinical services and quality patient outcomes.
- Is accountable for planning, organizing and controlling all aspects of daily operations.
- Key responsibilities include staffing, fiscal management, inventory management, quality improvement, team member accountability, accreditation standards, team member coaching and mentoring, education, physician engagement, and accountability for the patient experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a specialty area such as Cardiac Cath Lab or Radiology
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or lead role
Education:
- Associate degree in Radiology or Nursing required
Licensure & Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- One of the following active credentials required:
- ARRT (Radiologic Technologist)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Florida license
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active NBRC credential
