Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, as is a deep appreciation for entertainment across genres and decades.

Location: LA/NY - hybrid in office Monday - Thursday

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the merchandising and editorial strategy for four international markets: Canada, Latin America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Translate performance data and audience insights into actionable curation and merchandising decisions-across homepage programming, themed content containers, and tentpole campaigns.
  • Lead medium- and long-term planning cycles for international editorial priorities, coordinating closely with Programming, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Create and manage category-based, data-backed curations that reflect regional trends and business priorities.
  • Support acquisition strategy by identifying regional content needs and surfacing standout opportunities from avails lists.
  • Manage ad hoc content projects across internal teams, helping implement experiments, merchandising tests, and tech initiatives.
  • Apply project management discipline to editorial execution-tracking timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple time zones.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in content merchandising, editorial, or related entertainment roles
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish is a bonus. Additional languages are a plus.
