Full Job Description

The Integration & Separation Manager leads client engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing strategic guidance on integration, separation, and operational planning for both buy- and sell-side deals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, evaluating transitional service agreements and synergies, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize deal value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution.
  • Structures engagement workplans, timelines, and staffing models aligned to transaction objectives.
  • Oversees development of integration and separation deliverables, including readiness assessments and execution plans.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for client workstreams and supports issue resolution.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory solutions.
  • Coaches and develops supervisors and senior associates.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6–11 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated project and team management experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients.
  • Consulting or professional services background.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $119,100 - $239,300

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
