Full Job Description
The Manager, Instructional Design & AI Learning Solutions serves as the senior subject matter expert for instructional design strategy, learning experience architecture, and emerging learning technologies. This role leads the design of enterprise learning solutions, establishes instructional design standards, and drives adoption of AI-enabled tools and methodologies that improve learning effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence across learning strategy, solution design, and learning innovation initiatives.

What will you do?
  • Serve as the organization's senior instructional design expert and trusted advisor.
  • Lead design of complex enterprise learning solutions aligned to strategic business priorities.
  • Conduct learning needs, audience, and performance analyses to identify effective solutions.
  • Establish and continuously improve instructional design standards, methodologies, templates, and governance.
  • Design and review digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of existing learning technologies, platforms, and authoring tools.
  • Lead exploration, testing, and implementation of AI-powered learning design and content development tools.
  • Develop best practices for responsible use of generative AI in learning workflows.
  • Consult with senior leaders, HR, SMEs, and project teams on learning strategy and capability development.
  • Mentor instructional designers and share best practices without direct people-management accountability.
  • Use analytics, learner feedback, and business metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Serve as a learning innovation leader, identifying emerging practices and recommending scalable solutions.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required, or relevant degree in instructional design

Pay Range

$83,000-$145,000 USD
