Full Job Description
Role Summary and Impact

In the role of Manager, Innovation Platforms, you will act as a critical bridge between our technical product teams and client business needs. You'll be at the heart of our product management and client solutions function, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa. You will ensure our cutting-edge, AI-powered media optimization solutions are successfully implemented, driving measurable revenue impact for the company and transforming how our clients approach their media strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of media, data science, and emerging technology. You won't just be executing a backlog; you'll be proactively identifying new, revenue-generating use cases for our paid solutions, building business cases, and helping major brands like Dell and Nestle see possibilities they haven't yet considered. You'll play a pivotal role in a small, agile team, with a direct line to leadership and a clear path for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate client business challenges and goals into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and engineering specifications for the Choreograph product teams.
  • Simplify and communicate complex technical capabilities, limitations, and implementation requirements into clear, accessible business language for non-technical clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support client-facing meetings by confidently answering questions about solution capabilities, building client confidence, and ensuring the smooth adoption of our proprietary tools.
  • Proactively identify new, revenue-generating use cases and channel expansion opportunities for our portfolio of AI-powered media optimization tools.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to clients and internal leaders to drive the adoption and utilization of our paid solutions across new channels and accounts.
  • Contribute to the product development roadmap, feature prioritization, and solution evolution to ensure our offerings remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to validation, ensuring that delivered solutions meet and exceed business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including the Solutions Design, Media Optimization, and data science teams, to ensure seamless solution integration and delivery.

Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Proven ability to write clear user stories and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Exceptional bi-directional translation skills, with a demonstrated ability to make complex technical concepts simple for business audiences and business needs clear for technical teams.
  • A proactive, business-development mindset with a track record of identifying new opportunities, building business cases, and driving adoption.
  • Comfort and confidence in client-facing situations, with the ability to support meetings, answer questions, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and articulate how technology solutions can solve business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience in the ad tech, martech, or programmatic advertising ecosystem is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle is preferred.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic, and cross-functional team environment.
