Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record necessary.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and background screening.
• Required to have a TWIC Card and Safety Essentials; OSHA 10/30 certification is optional.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills essential.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in maintaining records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project and bid walks to assess requirements.
• Estimate project costs and materials.
• Source and procure materials for projects.
• Schedule logistics for personnel, equipment, and material.
• Manage project execution, field supervision, and documentation accuracy.
• Track and manage out-of-scope work and change orders effectively.
• Oversee operational costs and evaluate cost-saving methods.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Develop quality control programs to exceed service expectations.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to nurture relationships.
