Job Summary

This job is responsible for managing strategic direction and overseeing the build and deployment of functional systems and technology initiatives. It involves partnering with Centers of Excellence, leading requirement analysis, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The role is crucial for enhancing employee experiences and aligning platform development with organizational strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with business stakeholders to define product and technical requirements for system initiatives
  • Leading analysis efforts to determine comprehensive business requirements
  • Developing team members through strategic plans, recommended learning paths, and mentorship
  • Overseeing the provision and review of business requirements and designs for system implementations
  • Orchestrating build, test, and deployment activities for functional platforms
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and agreement on project deliverables
  • Monitoring and communicating changes to agreed deliverables, escalating as necessary
  • Recommending and executing functional platform enhancements in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
