Talent Strategy & Programs
- Supporting the evolution and execution of Solventum's enterprise talent strategy.
- Supporting the execution of key talent processes including talent reviews, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and Workday-enabled Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Simplifying and strengthening talent practices to improve the employee and people leader experience.
HR Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives
- Helping shape and execute strategic Talent & Culture initiatives that advance enterprise priorities including Work that Works.
- Supporting executive and Board-level talent deliverables, analyses, and presentations.
- Partnering across HR and business teams to ensure successful implementation of key strategic programs.
Measurement & Storytelling
- Creating executive-ready presentations, narratives, and communications that advance Solventum's Best and Preferred Place to Work strategy.
- Tracking progress against talent and culture priorities and identify opportunities to improve impact.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree AND 7 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness
OR
- High School Diploma/ GED AND 14 years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of experience in HR, talent management, strategy, management consulting, or organizational effectiveness in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior leaders.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Applicable to Canadian Applicants. The expected compensation range for this position is $156,621 - $194,361 CAD, which reflects the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate's experience, skills, training, and work location, in alignment with Canadian pay equity and pay transparency requirements. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation components (e.g., incentive programs) and a comprehensive suite of benefits available to employees in Canada.
