Position Title: Manager, HR Business Partner

Location: Dallas, TX

Your Role
The HR Business Partner Manager partners with people managers at the director level and below to support employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives across their area of responsibility. This role serves as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant application of HR policies while fostering a positive employee experience. The position works closely with HR leadership, legal, and business stakeholders to support investigations, resolve conflicts, and execute change programs related to organizational design and manager development.

What you'll do
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, including complaints, concerns, and workplace conflicts
  • Conduct impartial investigations and recommend appropriate, compliant resolutions
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Support performance management processes, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and practices across the organization
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, mediation, and corrective action planning
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and case documentation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and partner on policy updates
  • Collaborate across HR functions (HRBPs, Tier 1, Tier 2, and leadership) to improve processes, standardization, and the HR operating model


What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple geographies
  • Experience supporting investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to interpret policies and make decisions aligned with company standards and legal requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
  • Experience working in a matrixed or international organization preferred
  • Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HRIS) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills with strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
