You WillThe Manager, Graphic Design plays a key role in stewarding the Girl Scout visual identity by leading the execution of creative initiatives, advising stakeholders on brand application, and ensuring design excellence across channels. This role independently manages complex creative projects while partnering with cross-functional teams to bring the Girl Scout story to life.
The ideal candidate can stay ahead of the curve and bring a diverse portfolio appropriate for a youth-focused brand. They can think creatively and innovatively while working within established brand guidelines, and they are comfortable designing for a wide array of products, audiences, and formats using multimedia tools.
This role requires a self-starter who follows through, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively with both creative partners and business units across the organization. A passion for the Girl Scout mission and a commitment to making the world a better place are essential

Required CompetenciesExperience working with others to complete projects, including clients, team members, and other professionals
Experience with and understanding of email, web design, HTML and CSS
Skilled at generating original ideas, visualizing, concepting and creating assets from start to finish

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $110,000
This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position.This pay range is only applicable to NYC Metro-based employees, on a hybrid schedule. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job is remote with east coast hours, 9AM-5PM.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with a 35 hour per week schedule. Occasional evenings and weekends work may be required as job duties demand.
