Full Job Description
We are looking for a Manager - Government Programs Operationsto join our sales team and help us continue our mission of transforming lives through mobility solutions.

Scope

National Seating & Mobilities' Government Programs Operations is a detail-oriented self-starter responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of rental contracts resulting in the processing of nearly 2,000 invoices per month. Leading a team of administration and operational professionals, your role is to ensure adequate controls, processes, and standards are upheld to provide the utmost in quality timely service to our clients and health authority partners. Your ability to spot issues before they happen and create effective flow of end-to-end processes will set you up for success in this position.

As the face of the rental program for the Greater Vancouver area, you will not only liaison with your internal team and the warehouse and technical staff that support them, but also with clients, occupational therapists and health authority partners to showcase what these programs have to offer and navigate the rental process.

The ideal candidate is a process-driven relational leader who enjoys constant interaction in a fast-paced, fulfilling environment. Setting the stage for getting the work done, while having fun in the process, there will never be a boring day!

Position Reports To: Area Manager

Role and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Manage the administration of end-to-end rental commitments from order receipt to client delivery, pick-up, closure and invoicing
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure adequate stock-levels, and avoidance of loss, damage or overstock.
  • Review your open and outstanding transactions and control reports daily to ensure your team meets its service level standard commitments to its clients and health authority partners.
  • Resolve and improve lagging KPI's.
  • Work with clients and external partners to resolve difficult situations quickly and effectively.
  • Meet with health authorities partners monthly, attend events and create promotional and technical materials.


Other duties as assigned.

Competencies/Skills

  • Must have at least 5 years supervising a team of administrative professionals, ideally in customer service, rental program or accounts receivable category
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Desire to act as a Brand Ambassador for NSM to our clients and clinical partners.
  • Advanced experience in the development of workflows, processes and internal controls.
  • Confident in navigating digital tools and systems to turn ideas into impactful results.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills required.

This would be an on -site role with approximately 3 days per week in Tri-Cities, BC and 2 days per week in Burnaby, BC.
