What You Will Be Doing

Join Titleist and take the lead in shaping the fitting experience behind the #1 ball in golf-where performance, precision, and innovation set the standard. As Manager of Golf Ball Fitting Operations, you will oversee a dynamic team of full-time fitters and seasonal interns to deliver best-in-class fitting experiences that connect golfers with the perfect ball for their game reinforcing Titleist's position as the #1 Fitter in Golf. This role drives strategy and execution across multiple programs, including our Tour-Level Fitting Team, robust internship initiatives, and virtual consultations, while managing event logistics, product forecasting, and inventory. You'll build partnerships with PGA professionals and ambassadors, lead special events, and ensure success through data-driven reporting and continuous improvement. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
  • 5+ years in the golf industry with strong understanding of the game of golf
  • Proven success in team leadership and budget management

  • Ability to travel extensively within the U.S. (up to 40%)
  • Comfortable working extended hours in outdoor environments
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred
  • Class A PGA Professional designation preferred
