Job Description Summary

Aristocrat is seeking a hands-on, player-coach business intelligence leader to help scale data-driven capabilities, solve complex problems, develop technical talent and deliver scalable analytics across Planning & Procurement and Logistics within Global Supply Chain. This role drives reporting, automation, self-service analytics, and business intelligence solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and operational performance.

This team enables data-driven operations through analytics, reporting, workflow automation, and operational systems support. The team improves alignment, consistency, and decision-making across Planning & Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Trade Compliance, and related supply chain functions.

The Manager, Global Supply Chain Business Intelligence will lead a globally distributed analytics team responsible for reporting, self-service analytics in Snowflake, TMS analytics support, operational insights, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. The role partners with Global Supply Chain leadership and Enterprise Data & Analytics to prioritize initiatives, improve data quality, and expand analytics capabilities.
Job Requirements
  • Lead a globally distributed business intelligence and analytics team supporting Planning & Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, and related Global Supply Chain functions.
  • Drive operational improvements through scalable analytics, automation, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
  • Partner with supply chain leadership to improve operational visibility, planning effectiveness, logistics reporting, and decision-making.
  • Lead multi-functional prioritization forums and align resources against high-impact operational initiatives and reporting needs.
  • Oversee self-service analytics infrastructure in Snowflake, including data ingestion, reporting enablement, and platform support.
  • Support operational analytics and reporting for TMS and related supply chain platforms, including coordination of reporting enhancements, system support activities, and operational visibility improvements.
  • Develop operational reporting, benchmark visibility, workflow automation, and decision-support solutions supporting supply chain operations.
  • Partner with Enterprise Data & Analytics to align on governance standards, data definitions, and enterprise data practices.
  • Guide technical direction for reporting solutions, analytics tools, and scalable operational data structures.
  • Lead and develop globally distributed analytics resources across the US, Australia, and India.
  • Provide player-coach leadership through direct involvement in technical problem solving, operational support, and execution activities.
  • Improve reporting consistency and reduce redundancy across supply chain functions while balancing critical initiatives with day-to-day operational support requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain analytics, planning, logistics, operations, business intelligence, or related analytical functions.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience leading analytics, technical, or multi-functional teams within supply chain or operational environments.
  • Experience supporting Planning & Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Trade Compliance, or related supply chain functions.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Solid experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, business intelligence platforms, and scalable analytics environments.
  • Experience supporting operational reporting, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, predictive analytics, or self-service analytics capabilities preferred.
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms, logistics reporting, development of operational benchmarks, or related supply chain systems support preferred.
  • Ability to guide technical direction and mentor analytics resources across reporting, analytics, and operational support disciplines.
  • Strategic, hands-on leader with good communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.


Travel Expectations
Up to 25%

Pay Range
$84,000 - $156,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
