Full Job Description
Hexcel is currently seeking a Global Compensation Manager for our Stamford, CT USA location.

The Global Compensation Manager supports the Global Compensation Director and Vice President, Global Total Rewards by implementing and managing compensation programs. They are responsible for ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices, conducting market analysis, administering incentive plans, and providing strategic guidance to HR and business leaders.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
  • Administer and support global compensation programs, including annual merit planning, market adjustments, bonuses, and long-term incentive plans.
  • Perform market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation analyses to guarantee competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Maintain salary structures, job architecture, and compensation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to advise on compensation matters related to hiring, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze compensation and workforce data, generate reports and dashboards, and monitor key metrics and pay equity indicators.
  • Support incentive compensation program administration, including bonus calculation and payout processes.
  • Ensure adherence to compensation-related legal requirements, regulations, and company policies while promoting pay equity, audit, and governance initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other business stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA and CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of four years' experience as a compensation advisor or manager, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in a global organization managing compensation programs in both the U.S. and Europe is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compensation reporting tools; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and pay equity practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting abilities.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence business leaders and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
