Job Description

You'll manage and train fund accountants, oversee the allocation of daily and monthly activities, and independently handle client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction. You'll also review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports, requiring strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

  • You'll manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
  • You'll train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
  • You'll ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
  • You'll oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
  • You'll collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.

  • You possess strong skills in analysis, accounting, and administration for alternative investment funds.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting and have proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • You deliver high-quality work with attention to detail, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while ensuring exceptional client service.
  • You excel in software proficiency including QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Investran, and communicate effectively in collaborative environments.
