Our Pratt & Whitney Commercial V2500 Aftermarket ESF Finance team has an exciting remote opportunity for an FP&A Manager.
What You Will Do:
MCE - Engine Services Finance Contract
P&W Commercial V2500 Aftermarket ESF Finance is looking for a Managerto oversee and engage in a wide range ofcontract management, including: contract estimate at completion (EAC) and variance analysis, supporting cash collections process,customer proposals and analysis, and controls and compliance.
The Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of V2500 Aftermarket Finance and willprovide criticalfinancial support to theFinance leadership and CFT team.
Thisindividualwill work closely with the fleetmanager foreach of their respective contracts and work effectively within a cross functional team from Engineering, Customer Management,Sales, and Operations Analytics.
Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Calculate and analyzecontract estimates at completion (EACs) for multiplefleet management contracts in the V2500engine portfolios.
- Prepare and present all financial analysis related to the contract EACs to P&W CFT and external auditors.
- Prepare and present all financial analysis related to specific customer proposals and contract restructuring activities.
- Support monthly and annual MML/ closing activities including the actual financial results for multiplefleet managementcontracts.
- Coordinate quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) / Backlog process.
- Support the annual rate recalculation for multiple fleet management contracts and providenecessary support forour invoicing vendor.
- Provide overall financial oversight for multiple fleet management contracts as well as ongoing support forthecontract's fleet manager.
- Leverage CORE tools for continuous process improvement plans.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- A Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of applicable work experience; OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Aftermarket or Financial Planning and Analysis organization or long term contract accounting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization, and have a familiarity with multiple financial systems such as SAP.
- Candidate must be a self-motivated team player and possess the ability to work effectively and efficient with little direction while handling multiple high priority projects at any given time.
- U.S. Citizenship required, this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
