Full Job Description
Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, FP&A to develop quantitative techniques and statistical models to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Duties include: develop financial analytic modeling to project the performance and cross-enterprise financial implications of new products and services; research and develop reporting tools to track and monitor product performance against financial targets and objectives; apply mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in finance collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new products and services, and provide recommendations on go-forward strategies based on data analysis and financial valuations; support projects to increase the utilization of existing assets in various books of business; work with key stakeholders across the organization to foster information sharing and understanding of business interactions; develop statistical models for risk management, asset optimization, and pricing; and optimize business asset configuration, develop a clear understanding of horizontal profitability, and develop communications around key FP&A initiatives. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: • CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; • Java, Python, or Node.js; • Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; • Oracle, Redis, or Cassandra database; • JIRA, Rally, and Confluence; • Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Hadoop, R or Python; • SAS and SQL programming; • Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices; • Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; • Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; • Writing application code and deploying to production; • Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions; • Relational database concepts; and • Large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects. Pay Range: $77646.00/year to $145860.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
