Responsabilités principales
  • Gérer les opérations financières quotidiennes en assurant un traitement exact et effectué dans les délais prescrits.
  • Superviser les systèmes financiers et comptables tout en veillant au respect des politiques et des normes internes.
  • Maintenir l'intégrité des données financières au moyen de rapprochements et de contrôles appropriés.
  • Soutenir les priorités du département et des opérations grâce à l'analyse financière et à un partenariat d'affaires efficace.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les analystes financiers en favorisant leur développement professionnel et leur responsabilisation.
  • Fournir des conseils en matière de conformité, de normes de présentation de l'information financière et de pratiques de gestion des coûts.
  • Assurer l'exécution en temps opportun des activités de clôture mensuelle et des tâches de soutien aux opérations.
  • Soutenir les activités de contrôle des coûts et les procédures de rapprochement.


Exigences
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance; une maîtrise en droit ou en ingénierie constitue un atout.
  • Une certification professionnelle pertinente (CPA, CFA) est considérée comme un atout.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience progressive en finance ou en comptabilité.
  • Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier est préférable.
  • Expérience démontrée des normes pertinentes de présentation de l'information financière; une expérience au sein d'une organisation multinationale constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience antérieure de direction ou de supervision d'équipes financières dans un rôle opérationnel et pratique est considérée comme un atout.
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) constitue un atout.


Job Summary
