Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
• 4-6 years of experience in public or private accounting.
• 3+ years of experience managing associates and/or teams.
• Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations affecting financial reporting required.
• Professional certification such as MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management, including billing and collections processes.
• Knowledge of physician compensation models is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and coach junior staff and senior accountants.
• Identify opportunities to shift clients to higher-value services with advisory teams.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, managing system setups and documentation.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement process improvements.
