Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.
• 5-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital frameworks, and performance analysis
• Experience evaluating business models and influencing senior leadership decisions
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise-wide financial results and trends, identifying key performance drivers and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Evaluate growth initiatives and business models, assessing their impact on operating margin, scalability, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Develop and apply capital allocation frameworks to support investment decisions and improve capital efficiency.
• Lead rigorous analysis of complex business cases, ensuring strong financial and risk evaluation.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align assumptions, refine strategies, and influence decision-making.
