Full Job Description
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis leads the Financial Planning and Analysis team by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines required to meet short term goals and objectives. Is responsible for the success of each team member. Typically manages the work efforts of supervisors/individual contributors.
• Manages the Financial Planning and Analysis department, advancing strategic financial objectives.
• Manages the moderate comprehensive financial performance of the organization.
• Oversees resource pools and budget management for the financial planning team.
• Enforces financial analysis and reporting standards.
• Works closely with senior leadership to refine financial strategy and planning.
• Assesses and manages significant financial risks and identifies growth opportunities.
• Provides enhanced leadership and mentorship to finance staff.
• Represents the department in broader organizational financial discussions.
• Develops intermediate-term financial strategies for organizational enhancement.
• Oversees general aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and significant financial transactions.
• Minimum Experience: 6+ years
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Compensation Range: $104,700 - $133,500
