The Manager Finance - Pedialyte leads financial planning, reporting, controls, and decision support activities for the US Pedialyte brand of +$250MM Net Sales. The Manager Finance is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information and decision support to management. The role is a working finance manager that reports directly to US Pediatric Controller.
What You'll Work On- Maintain effective financial controls to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with GAAP and Corporate/Division financial policies and procedures
- Interpret financial results and provide recommendations to management regarding business performance and opportunities.
- Evaluate and identify key performance gaps, emerging business needs, and financial risks; deliver analyses that provide a foundation for management understanding and decision-making.
- This responsibility should be performed in a way that protects the company's assets and avoids any surprises that could reasonably have been foreseen by the relevant level of financial management review.
- Ensure availability of timely and well-presented, high-quality analysis and projections related to income statement as well as variance vs. appropriate benchmarks.
- Lead the planning, forecast, LBE, LTP, and monthly financial review processes, ensuring timely execution and effective communication of key assumptions, business drivers, and performance variances to management.
- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, financial analysis, and variance reporting against plan and prior-year benchmarks
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to guide decision-making on key initiatives and decisions
- Develop concise, executive-ready presentations for key forums (i.e. LBE and leadership reviews), simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Provide business decision support as required, including meaningful, value-added resource and expense analyses to influence and counsel management in developing business strategies.
- Influence Management in the development of certain critical success factors and key assumptions.
- Develop flexible, comprehensive tools to support business proposals focused on ROI and fully burdened margin profitability to support various business needs.
- Pedialyte Finance manager has no direct reports.
- The role reports directly to Pediatric Financial Controller and will have high visibility to the Pediatric leadership team and will support the Pedialyte Marketing director.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 8 years Finance experience (FP&A, Cost/General Accounting or Financial Reporting).
- Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
- Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting.

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 - $198,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
