Position Summary...

What you'll do...
The Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis to support the Seller Fulfilled, Local Marketplace, and Cross-Border business performance and strategic decision-making. This position involves preparing detailed financial models, analyzing variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and risk mitigation. The role requires effective communication of financial insights to senior leadership, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and leading process improvements. Additionally, the Manager provides supervision and development for associates while upholding company policies, ethics, and standards to promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and identify gaps between goals and objectives.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations and supporting materials.

  • Lead and develop associates by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
