Job Title Manager, Field Training (Southwest) - Lancome

Division: Luxe

Location: Remote CA

Reports To: AVP, Field Training - Lancome

What You Will Learn:

This role is responsible for training, educating, and inspiring field & in-store teams, providing selling techniques, and ensuring our brand's sales success through hands-on education. In addition, the role partners closely with Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives in designated region to meet company objectives. This is a multi-faceted role for a beauty expert who thrives on education, artistry, and sales impact. If you have a passion for training and driving business in a fast-paced retail environment, this is for you.

This would include, but would not be limited to, the following accountabilities:

Key Accountabilities
  • Education & Training (50%)
  • Deliver engaging, hands-on training to Sephora andUltaBeauty Advisors, store teams, and field sales members.
  • Educate on product knowledge, selling techniques, artistrytips ,andbrand storytelling to increase conversion.
  • Lead masterclasses, workshops, and in-store events to elevate brand awareness and product expertise.


  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring retail teams feel confident and motivated to sell our products.


Sales & KPI Performance (30%)
  • Drive sell-through performance in-store, ensuring brand goals are met.
  • Partner with store leadership to identify sales opportunities and action plans for achieving KPIs.
  • Monitor education-driven sales results, tracking conversion rates, product focus performance, and training impact on sales.
  • Provide weekly summaries and insights on sales trends, training effectiveness, and opportunities.


Event Execution & Brand Representation (20%)
  • Support store events, influencer activations, and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with field sales leaders to develop innovative training strategies for major sales periods and product launches.
