About the RoleThe Manager, Field Marketing Insights & Operations owns the operational foundation that enables the Field Marketing team's programs to grow. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, this role turns strategic vision into operational reality - translating priorities into repeatable execution, driving organizational effectiveness, and continuously improving how the team plans, executes, measures, and scales its programs.
You're gonna crush it if- You have 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or a program/operations management role within a B2B or revenue-driven environment.
- Strong command of field marketing disciplines: events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential, regional, and account-based marketing.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing field marketing programs before moving into operational leadership.
- You've owned complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end - from planning through execution and retrospective.
- You think like an operator: you see inefficiencies, build systems to fix them, and leave processes cleaner than you found them.
- You're comfortable in the data - you can partner with RevOps to evolve attribution models, CAC reporting, and program performance measurement.
- You've managed or evaluated marketing technology stacks and know how to make tools work harder for the teams using them.
- You have 1-2 years of people management experience and know how to develop talent, not just direct it.
- You're a natural collaborator who earns trust quickly across sales, marketing, IT, and leadership.
- You bring a coaching mindset - you raise the operational thinking of everyone around you, not just your direct reports.
