Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design / architecture, workforce analytics
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service including: stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project / financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal / external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including: articles, whitepapers, methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses / client outreach

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of Human Capital / Workforce Development experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital space
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project / team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients / colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
  • Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussion career development opportunities
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
