Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in the development of data-driven visualizations and dashboards
  • Provide oversight, scoping, technical assistance, and quality control over the development dashboards / visualizations with commonly used visualization software (e.g. - Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
  • Lead discussions with senior clients to define visualization, reporting strategy, and gather requirements for dashboards
  • Prepare date for dashboards using basic ETL and data processing methods
  • Develop documentation / guides for dashboard usage and maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for visualization / reporting enhancements and develop execution approaches / strategies

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of data visualization development experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience developing visualizations / dashboards utilizing Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, and other commonly used visualization software
  • Experience managing projects including establishing scope, setting timelines, delegating assignments, and managing project risks
  • Experience with tools for data analysis and ETL (e.g. - SQL, Python, SAS, R)
  • Experience overseeing technical staff, mentoring, providing on the job training, and quality control
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance
