Core Responsibilities- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Develops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements. Coordinates and directs administrative tasks for physical moves of crew and equipment within assigned region or site. Applies quality assurance measures to ensure all crew and contractors provide best-in-class real estate services.
- Manages local service providers and contracts. Conducts supplier governance and performance management activities.
- Monitors various facility systems and performs routine tests on all equipment.
- Provides support services for other departments' facility needs in a timely manner.
- Maintains log of incidents, accidents, and other security and safety issues for reporting purposes. Evaluates completed work and checks for conformance to specifications.
- Tracks industry and application trends to contribute to planning current and future real estate solutions.
- Manages KPI targets/performance objectives for the site(s) and drives performance, cost savings, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Five years related work experience, with at least two years of real estate or facilities management experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
