MANAGER- FACILITIES PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT to join our FACILITIES PLAN AND CONST MGMT team!

The System Manager of Facilities Planning & Construction Management is responsible for the operational oversight, coordination, and execution of facility planning, construction, and project management activities across the Aspirus system. This role supports system-wide initiatives by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards and priorities. The System Manager works closely with system and local leadership, project managers, and external partners to facilitate effective implementation of capital and operational facility projects.

HOURS: Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period, Day only

Experience/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of patient care standards and management practices in a healthcare environment normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities, construction management, or related operational field.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders or locations preferred.
  • Multi-site healthcare leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare facilities, regulatory requirements, and Environment of Care standards preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CHFM, PMP) is a plus.
