Description
The Manager - Executive Affairs serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Executive Director, providing executive-level administrative support while coordinating communications, Airport Commission activities, special projects, and organizational initiatives. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Executive Director, Commission, airport departments, government agencies, airlines, tenants, and community stakeholders, ensuring efficient executive operations and effective communication across the organization.
A four-year degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Aviation Management, Communications, or a related field; five (5) years of previous work experience supporting executive leadership in a public, governmental, aviation, or similarly complex organization; or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates a clear competency level to perform all required duties with limited supervision.
This is a Full-time, Exempt position that normally works Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, but must be on-call and available to respond during nights, weekends, holidays and emergency events if needed. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000. Starting bi-weekly pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
