  • Align on messaging, goals, and execution to deliver integrated 3606 campaigns
  • Act as the central point of contact across all key stakeholders per event

  • Manage vendor relationships (show organizers, vendors, agencies, including MKG/Jack Morton)
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, and invoicing across events
  • Support broader event ecosystem (partner events, field events, experimental formats)

Measure & Optimize Performance
  • Leveraging AI and can raise the bar on how we use it.
  • Define success metrics and track event performance, ROI and post-event outcomes
  • Deliver post-event recaps and insights to leadership
  • Continuously optimize strategy based on learnings
We're Excited About You Because You...

  • Have owned event budgets and complex, multi-event portfolios
  • Demonstrate a track record of driving business impact (pipeline, revenue, partnerships) through events
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take full ownership of outcomes
  • Are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with senior leaders and executives
  • Have experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
