Make an Impact
We're looking for a dynamic sales leader who is passionate about developing people, driving business growth, and building strong relationships. In this role, you'll lead a team of entrepreneurial insurance agents and support staff, helping them grow their businesses while delivering exceptional results for our customers and organization.

You'll serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic partner, providing guidance on sales execution, professional development, and market growth initiatives across your assigned territory.

What You'll Do
Lead and Develop Talent
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop entrepreneurial insurance agents and agency staff.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, productivity coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support agent success through training in sales, prospecting, networking, marketing, and insurance industry best practices.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure agents have access to the tools, systems, and carrier resources needed to succeed.

Drive Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies that support revenue growth and business objectives.
  • Guide agents and staff on sales planning, pipeline management, and business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and implement process enhancements.
  • Monitor market trends, business performance, and sales metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Build Strong Relationships
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with insurance carrier partners within assigned markets.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align field execution with key business priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and partner for colleagues across business lines.

Analyze and Improve Performance
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate sales results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and communicate regular reports on sales performance against goals.
  • Develop and implement quality and performance measurement tools to support agent success.
  • Proactively identify business challenges and recommend solutions that improve outcomes.

Represent the Organization
  • Act as a visible ambassador for the Entrepreneurial Agent Program within the local business and professional community.
  • Build and maintain a network of prospective agent candidates for future growth opportunities.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support organizational objectives.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales.
  • 3-5 years of leadership or people management experience, including coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in your resident state.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to drive business decisions and achieve results.
  • Passion for developing talent and helping others succeed.

What We Can Offer You
  • The base compensation for this position is $81,047 to $120,494/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site weekly)
