Full Job Description
The Manager, Enterprise Delivery & Analysis is responsible for leading the organization's portfolio of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring work is prioritized, governed, and delivered in alignment with organizational goals. The role oversees project delivery, business analysis, and continuous improvement practices while establishing standards, governance, and reporting that support successful execution and informed decision-making.

Working closely with leaders across the organization, the Manager, Enterprise Delivery & Analysis acts as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities, define solutions, and support organizational change. The role builds strong partnerships, facilitates collaboration, and ensures initiatives achieve intended outcomes through effective planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.

As a people leader, this role provides leadership, coaching, and development for a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, continuous improvement, organizational transformation, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience leading teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management, business analysis, continuous improvement, and change management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead organizational change.
  • Experience in financial services, the credit union sector, or another regulated industry is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $84,100.00 to $105,200.00
