About the Role:
Insmed is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer, Technical Manager to lead the architecture, design, integration, and delivery of next-generation enterprise solutions across Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and other critical business functions.

You will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for enterprise workflow modernization, integration architecture, AI-enabled automation, and platform governance. The ideal candidate will bridge traditional enterprise SaaS platforms with emerging AI and intelligent service capabilities, enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Workday, Agiloft, Moveworks, IBM watsonx, and other enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will combine deep hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities, driving global initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, establishing architecture standards, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver transformative business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to define and drive the enterprise integration and workflow architecture roadmap supporting Procurement, Finance, HR, Employee Services, and other enterprise applications. You'll also:
  • Establish integration standards, API governance frameworks, reusable design patterns, and platform best practices across the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Lead architectural reviews and provide technical leadership for enterprise initiatives spanning Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Workday, Agiloft, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Evaluate new technologies and define scalable architecture patterns that support future business growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, data governance, and architecture standards.
  • Design, develop, and support complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, event-driven architectures, file-based integrations, and middleware technologies.
  • Implement enterprise integration patterns connecting Oracle Fusion SaaS applications with internal and external platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Agiloft, AI platforms, and third-party vendors.
  • Design and develop enterprise reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Lead Oracle Fusion platform customization and extension initiatives, including: Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS/VBCS), Oracle Redwood UI adoption, PaaS extensions and Low-code/no-code workflow solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled enterprise workflows leveraging Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI Services, and enterprise orchestration capabilities. Define enterprise AI integration patterns that support secure and governed interactions across multiple business platforms.
  • Lead technical workstreams across multiple projects and enterprise initiatives. Mentor and coach software engineers, integration developers, and consultants.


Who You Are:

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field along with 8+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture, design, and development experience.

You are or you have:
  • 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development experience including:
  • REST APIs, SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, VBS/VBCS, BIP and OTBI.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Finance, HR, and Employee Service business processes.
  • 6+ years of experience designing integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and/or Workday.
  • 4+ years leading enterprise integration initiatives, architecture reviews, and technical delivery teams.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and OCI Generative AI capabilities.
  • Strong experience with: JavaScript, JSON/XML Processing, API Security, OAuth2, Certificates, API Gateway technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle AI and OCI AI capabilities including: OCI Generative AI Services, Oracle Fusion Standard Agents, Custom AI Agents and Agent Orchestration.
  • Experience designing and implementing conversational AI and intelligent service delivery solutions.
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflow automation. Experience establishing governance and operational controls for AI-enabled solutions.


Nice to have (but not required):
  • Exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx, ServiceNow Now Assist, or comparable enterprise AI platforms is highly desirable.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certification.
  • Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, OIC MCP, Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and emerging AI orchestration frameworks.

Where You'll Work

This is a fully remote role. It can be performed effectively from anywhere while staying connected to your Insmed team and community. Occasional travel for team meetings or events will be expected.
