ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Manager - Enrollment role reports to our Director of Enrollment and has responsibility for leading a team of enrollment specialists and coordinators. The team is accountable for managing a large volume of transactions to on-board new and existing clients with high quality and client satisfaction

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manages the daily operations of the department
  • Maintain quality control process to ensure every enrollment is completed in a timely and high quality manner
  • Works with key clients and helps resolve escalated situations
  • Selects, trains, motivates, supervises, and evaluates the work performance of staff


  • Analyzes and forecasts staffing requirements
  • Develops and maintains metrics to manage work queues and track work assignments
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • 3 years of relevant experience with enrollment process
  • Leadership experience, leading a team or project teams


  • Significant relationship skills for interfacing with clients, Senior Staff, ZirMed Associates and Payers
  • Track record of creating an energized and empowered team
