OverviewManager, Employee Experience-PMXAs the Manager, Employee Experience, you will help shape a consistent, welcoming, and well-run workplace experience for PMX and The Practices employees. This includes creating meaningful programming, supporting day-to-day office hospitality, maintaining a polished and client-ready 9th floor environment, and building approachable relationships with employees across the company. In partnership with Employee Experience, Talent, Finance, Facilities, external partners, and community organizations, you will deliver initiatives aligned to employee needs, pillar strategies, and business priorities.
The Manager is responsible for planning and executing employee engagement events, food and beverage programs, office experience operations, budgets, and communications. The role is primarily focused on PMX and The Practices, with additional support for select Publicis Media Employee Experience events that require local execution, stakeholder coordination, and day-of support. Success requires strong planning, follow-through, judgment, communication, attention to detail, creativity, and consistent use of established processes and resources.
ResponsibilitiesRole Objectives:Office Experience - Develop and maintain a cohesive workplace experience engagement calendar for PMX and The Practices.
- Manage the snacks and monthly breakfast/lunch program for 500+ employees in NYC, including vendor management, procurement, stocking, budgeting, inventory, communications, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure recurring office experience moments, including breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and community events, are delivered consistently and visibly.
- Help maintain the 9th floor as a polished, organized, welcoming, and client-ready environment for employees, leaders, clients, and visitors.
- Track the budget, including invoices, expenses, chargebacks, procurement records, approvals, and post-event reconciliation.
- Serve as a visible, approachable, and responsive point of contact for event questions, programming updates, and workplace experience feedback.
- Maintain accurate rosters, headcount, invite lists, and approval records in partnership with Talent, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Manage the PMX Talent newsletter, ensuring messaging is timely, accurate, polished, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Operations- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to confirm event requirements, including space, run-of-show, staffing, A/V, catering, communications, materials, accessibility needs, and operational dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners, external vendors and organizations, Finance, Facilities, Workplace Solutions, Talent, and brand stakeholders.
- Use established processes, templates, trackers, and historical examples as references to ensure accuracy and continuity.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, budget concerns, capacity constraints, and decision points, escalating with recommended options and next steps.
- Ideate creative, inclusive, and engaging event concepts that reflect employee interests, encourage participation, and strengthen workplace culture.
- Support select Publicis Media Employee Experience events and cross-functional projects as priorities evolve, while balancing PMX responsibilities.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
