Full Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Electrical Infrastructure Engineering to lead the North America electrical engineering organization responsible for the reliability, resilience, lifecycle management, and technical performance of a large and geographically distributed portfolio of critical facilities.

This leader will own a broad portfolio spanning electrical infrastructure reliability and resilience, asset lifecycle and end-of-life strategy, capital retrofit programs, preventive maintenance engineering, power system studies, electrical monitoring and analytics, construction quality, commissioning, and emerging electrical technologies.

The role requires a leader who combines deep electrical engineering judgment with demonstrated people leadership and large-scale program execution. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing engineering strategy, reviewing complex power-system risks, leading managers and engineers, challenging capital investment decisions, managing vendors and contractors, and driving execution across hundreds of operating facilities.

This is not solely a technical engineering role. The Manager will lead a high-performing organization, establish priorities across a complex portfolio, develop technical and program leaders, and translate engineering risk into clear business decisions for senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities

Lead and develop the North America Electrical Infrastructure Engineering organization, including engineers, technical program managers, and people managers responsible for electrical infrastructure performance across a large, distributed facility portfolio.

Own the regional strategy for electrical reliability, resilience, asset lifecycle, and infrastructure modernization, translating equipment risk and operational performance into multi-year engineering and investment priorities.

Lead a portfolio of large-scale capital and retrofit programs, from technical strategy and business-case development through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and performance validation.

Own engineering strategy for electrical preventive and predictive maintenance, asset condition assessment, equipment deficiencies, and end-of-life planning across critical electrical systems.

Provide leadership and technical governance for power system studies, power quality, protection and coordination, electrical monitoring, and infrastructure analytics.

Establish and continuously improve electrical engineering standards, construction quality, acceptance testing, and commissioning requirements for new and existing facilities.

Build scalable mechanisms that use equipment data, telemetry, failure history, and operational performance to identify systemic risks and prioritize engineering interventions.

Develop and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, contractors, and service providers, including technical scopes, sourcing strategies, vendor performance, cost, and quality.

Partner with Operations, RME, Design, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and other organizations to resolve complex infrastructure challenges and deliver programs at scale.

Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing technical leaders; establish clear accountability, succession plans, and mechanisms that enable the organization to execute independently at scale.

Represent North America Electrical Engineering with senior leadership, translating complex engineering risks into clear recommendations regarding safety, reliability, business continuity, capital investment, and operational risk.
