Full Job Description
What will I bedoing?
  • Provides strategic leadership and operational direction for Child Care Operations, including financial operations, data analytics, provider incentives, professional development, quality assurance, compliance, systems coordination, and continuous improvement.
  • Leads the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, procedures, workflows, performance standards, and internal controls that promote efficient, consistent, and accountable operations.
  • Oversees program budgets, funding allocations, expenditures, invoices, payments, contracts, incentives, and other financial activities to ensure responsible stewardship of public funds and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Establishes performance measures and reporting systems to evaluate operational effectiveness, incentive payment timeliness, data accuracy, service quality, provider participation, fiscal performance, and program outcomes.
  • Leads process improvement initiatives while establishing clear roles, decision-making authority, communication expectations, escalation procedures, and accountability measures.
  • Supervises, coaches, evaluates, and develops assigned staff; ensures team leaders effectively manage performance, productivity, deadlines, and employee development; and promotes a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and dependable follow-through.
  • Collaborates with internal departments, contractors, vendors, providers, and community partners; prepares and presents reports and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders; and leads special projects supporting organizational priorities and improved child care services.

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline orrelatedfield of study
  • 5years of experienceworking with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, or in job-related duties


Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00
