** This position will be servicing the North Vancouver Island area. This role is based out of Nanaimo, BC, and requires regular travel to various North Island communities.
**This position offers annual compensation of $110,000 to $140,000 in British Columbia, commensurate with experience**

**What you would do:**
• Leading, developing, mentoring and managing a team of Sales Representatives
• Assisting Sales Representatives with contract negotiations, pricing and developing customer relationships.
• Financial management of the territory, including factors such as cost, profitability, pricing and managing of the sales operating budget
• Implementing best practices that translate into improved customer service.
• Providing employee development, flawless service to our customers, and maintaining exceptional customer relations
• Responsible for determining the territory potential for existing customers, competitor accounts and new business in the Lower Mainland.
• Setting territory and individual goals for overall sales, product line sales and account profitability
• Participating in food shows, sales meetings and sales promotions
**Does this sound like you?**
• Possess 5+ years of senior experience in food-related sales and customer service.
• Proven leadership skills, with a strong focus on coaching and development
• Have demonstrated an attitude that contributes to employee engagement and a positive culture
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
