Position SummaryThe Manager, Distribution is responsible for leading distribution center operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality product flow. This role oversees multiple functional areas and leaders within the distribution environment, driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, and service levels. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement process improvements while supporting a fast-paced, multi-shift operation. The Manager, Distribution partners cross-functionally to optimize logistics strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties- Develops and implements logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow
- Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control
- Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements to develop strategies that achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates
- Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports
- Coordinates logistics activities with internal and external customers

ScheduleThe traditional hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; flexibility is required due to the Distribution Center operating across two shifts, Monday - Friday. This is an in-office/on-site position.

Salary Range: $101,437-$126,789
