  • Apply and reinforce global DWP standards, architectures, and engineering practices across delivered solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with regional DWP leads and support teams to ensure solutions are deployable, supportable, and aligned with regional needs.
  • Partner with operations and service management teams to ensure smooth transition from engineering into steady-state support and lifecycle management.
  • Provide oversight for technical design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization of DWP solutions.
  • Engage with vendors and partners delivering DWP technologies and services, supporting evaluation, integration, and performance management.
  • Monitor service performance, technical debt, and delivery risks, driving continuous improvement across engineering practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in end-user computing, Digital Workplace, or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or acting as a technical manager for complex IT platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Workplace technologies including endpoint platforms, collaboration services, identity, and device management.
  • Experience working with vendors and service partners delivering enterprise IT solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment and coordinate across engineering, operations, and regional teams.
