The Role

Digital Assets Shareholder Reporting isgrowingat Fidelity!

Are you interested in joining a collaborative, operations-focused team? Do you have strong knowledge and experience preparing or auditing financial statements for alternative investment products with a focus on digital assets and cryptocurrencies? As we build this critical team, we are seeking a Manager to lead key initiatives across digital product  readiness and shareholder reporting for digital asset products. 

This teamis responsible forpreparing, reviewing, and coordinating the production of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory, product-specific requirementsand internal quality standards. Primary responsibilities of the role relate to the digital products structured as Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) and Limited Partnerships (LPs) and includesquarterly/annual reporting.  We need talent that thrives in an operational environment where deadlines, accuracyand high-quality reporting are critical to our success!

As aManager, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiencies byhelpingleadthe scale and automation of shareholder reporting processes. You willassist in overseeing the production of digital asset product financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and high-quality outputs, while partnering across teams to enhance and evolve processes that support a growing product set with diverse investments and structures.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

  • Advancedknowledge of alternative investments with an emphasis on broad and deep operations of digital products including cryptocurrencies and tokensand requirements related to using a blockchain for recording of capital and portfolio transactions for both registered and pooled investment funds
  • Bachelor’s degree with4+years of experiencein financial services with an asset manager, audit firmor custodian bank, preferably in accounting operations or administration for alternativeinvestment products and public company financial reporting (Form 10K, 10Q, 8K and other reporting as needed)
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and investment company reporting for nonregistered investment partnerships and 33/34/40 Act investment funds, with the ability to interpret and apply guidance to complex or evolving products
  • Strong understanding of risk,controlsand regulatory requirements, including experience support a SOX-compliant environment
  • Experience with accounting and reporting platforms (e.g., Geneva,InvestOne) and strong dataproficiency, including Excel and the ability to oversee the transformation of accounting data into financial reporting outputs
  • Advanced accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes with a focus on digital assets and cryptocurrencies (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement, automation and scalability initiatives and driving operational efficiency across reporting workflows
  • Demonstrated success in leadingand developingteams, drivingperformanceand fostering a strongcontroland accountability environment 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in an operations-focused, fast- paced team environment
  • Strong working knowledge of project and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation capability
  • MBA or CPA preferred
